About The Founder, Sophie
My journey into Reiki began over 5 years ago, after years of focusing on my own healing and spiritual growth. Raised by a midwife mother, I was instilled with the belief that women have the power to heal the world. But I also came to understand that in order to heal the world, women must first heal themselves. It was this realization that led me to explore holistic practices, ultimately guiding me to Reiki as my calling. HER stands for Holistic Energy Reiki, embodying the feminine restorative energy that my practice provides.
Certifications and Experience
In January 2020, I became a certified Reiki practitioner through The International Center for Reiki Training, and, in 2024, became a certified Reiki Master through the same institution. Over the last 5 years, I have been dedicated to promoting a sense of well-being for people, animals, plants, and spaces through Reiki.
Alongside this, I’ve spent the past 6 years learning the art of reading Tarot cards, which I now offer as an optional add-on to enhance your Reiki experience.
Founded in 2024, HER was built from over 5 years of Reiki experience. It’s founded on the belief that Reiki offers a powerful path for women to restore balance and experience well-being—within themselves and in the world around them.
